Script Submission Policy and Resources

The Last Act of Valor is requiring 100% electronic script submission for this tournament.

All competitors with prepared speeches must complete the script submission process.

Script Submission Opens: March 16, 2021 at 8:00 a.m.
Script Submission Ends: March 22, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. All revisions/corrections must be completed by April 4, 2021.

Late Scripts: Scripts submitted after March 22, 2021 will incur a $20 late fee and/or may be dropped from event.

Act of Valor Approved? If competed in the Act of Valor tournament and are did not change your script, your script is already approved for the Last Act of Valor! If you do make changes, please submit your script and note that you have made changes since AOV approval. Please submit the e-mail, along with the approved script as a single-file PDF form.

You will receive a confirmation email once your script has been received and approved. Please save a copy of this confirmation email on your phone or print it out to have with you at Check-In.

How to Submit Scripts Electronically

1. Follow the rules for your speech event that can be found here.
2. Follow the script submission guidelines and use forms found here. Watch this six-minute video for help! See other helpful resources below.
3. Combine each speech into a single PDF file. See resources below.
4. Name the file correctly: Last Name, First Name-event.pdf
5. SUBMIT SCRIPTS HERE.
6. Correct or Celebrate: If your script is returned for corrections, complete any requirements in a timely manner and resubmit. Otherwise, it is time to celebrate your approval!
